Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

As Mixtape Legends is an online-only service, we have no warehouse or storage for returned items. In the event you receive a damaged item, we can offer you a brand new replacement at a heavily reduced fee.

Refunds

Mixtape Legends outsources production for all releases through manufacturing services that do not allow refunds once production begins. Production begins once the manufacturers receive payment is when production begins. There is a short buffer window of 1 to 2 days after the order is placed where you could receive a refund, but this is not guaranteed.
