How long is processing time?

Typically, processing time is about 3-9 days before you receive a shipping update, but the amount of time varies. The processing time may increase massively during Holiday seasons. The amount of items in your order may also increase processing time.

Why is the disc holder tray black?

Due to manufacturing limitations, CDs come with single disc black trays instead of standard clear trays. To workaround this issue, we offer downloadable and printable tray artwork, free of charge. We're currently working on a way to have all of the tray artworks ready to download in one place. For specific releases, email info@mixtape-legends.com.

How "high quality" is "high quality"?

We can assure customers that we take great care and attention to detail into the products you will receive. For instance, we have processes that vary with each individual release. Examples include removing silences between songs from internet-era mixtapes, using the highest quality video for DVDs & Blu-rays with custom interactive menus, and only using FLACs, WAVs, 320kbps MP3s or whatever the best quality audio is that happens to be available for our CDs. The artwork is also sourced from the highest available sources and we also build accompanying disc artwork to match the aesthetics of the album as closely as possible.

Will I receive tracking information?

While we can promise you your order will arrive, we cannot guarantee reliable tracking information. In the event, your order hasn't arrived in 2 months from order date, we will promptly ship out a replacement for you free of charge (United States only).
