How long is processing time?

Typically, processing time is about 3-9 days before you receive a shipping update, but the amount of time varies. The processing time may increase massively during Holiday seasons. The amount of items in your order may also increase processing time.

Why is the disc holder tray black?

Due to manufacturing limitations, CDs come with single disc black trays instead of standard clear trays. To workaround this issue, we offer downloadable and printable tray artwork, free of charge.
